Direxio Community Guidelines

1. Community Guidelines

Effective date: June 24, 2026

Direxio aims to provide a secure, private, and trustworthy messaging experience. All users must follow these Community Guidelines when using the app.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassing, threatening, insulting, intimidating, or repeatedly disturbing others.
  • Sending spam, repeated advertising, malicious links, or phishing content.
  • Impersonating another person, organization, brand, or otherwise misleading users.
  • Committing fraud, inducing money transfers, promoting fake investments, fake prizes, or other deceptive activity.
  • Sharing illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, extremist, or abusive content.
  • Sharing sexual exploitation, grooming, or other serious illegal content involving minors.
  • Sharing another person's private information, identity information, contact details, or sensitive data without consent.
  • Attacking, abusing, or interfering with the app, Agent services, or related network services.
  • Any other conduct that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

3. Reporting and Blocking

If you encounter harassment, fraud, spam, impersonation, illegal content, or other abuse, you can use the in-app reporting feature.

When reporting, you may choose a report reason. We do not actively read your private chat content. Only information you actively submit with a report will be used for safety review.

You may block other users. After blocking, the other user will no longer be able to interact with you normally through the app. The exact effect depends on the app's current features.

4. Enforcement Measures

Based on the report content, severity of the violation, and the services we can control, we may take the following measures:

  • Warn the relevant user.
  • Limit or disable certain features.
  • Hide or remove public profile information.
  • Block use of official Agents, usernames, discovery, push, or other services operated by us.
  • Take further measures for serious violations or safety risks.

If the conduct occurs in an Agent environment deployed by a user or third party, we may not be able to directly control that Agent's infrastructure. We will still take reasonable measures within the app, official services, and the features we control.
