2. Local Data Deletion
Direxio does not provide a traditional account system hosted by the developer. Local identities, keys, server connection configurations, device sessions, and local cache are stored on the user's device or in an environment controlled by the user.
Users can clear local configuration in the app, or delete app data through system settings. After deleting a local identity, key, or connection configuration, the original identity, message history, or related access permissions may not be recoverable.
3. Self-Hosted Server Data Deletion
Direxio chat content, contacts, groups, channels, identity information, and server-side data run on servers controlled by the user or the user's administrator. The Direxio developer cannot access this data, and cannot retrieve, modify, or delete it on behalf of the user.
To delete data from a self-hosted server, users should use their own Agent, terminal, server management tools, or the methods described in the deployment documentation. In a trusted and controlled environment, a user may provide necessary server management credentials to their own Agent and instruct the Agent to delete, clean up, or destroy data.
Do not send server keys, administrator credentials, or private keys to the Direxio developer or support email. Users are responsible for confirming and accepting the consequences of managing, authorizing Agent operations, or deleting server data in their own environment.
4. Data We Can Handle
The Direxio developer can only handle information within the developer's control, such as support emails, privacy requests, abuse reports, or troubleshooting descriptions that users actively send to us.
Users may request deletion of information related to them that is within our control by contacting the privacy email. We cannot directly access or delete data that runs on a user's device, self-hosted server, third-party server, or user-controlled Agent environment.
