Direxio Terms of Service
1. Terms
Effective date: June 24, 2026
Welcome to Direxio. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Service Description
Direxio provides instant messaging, user identity, message delivery, contact interaction, reporting, and blocking features.
The app supports connections to Agent services deployed by users, organizations, or trusted service providers. Some communication, identity, or network features may depend on the Agent selected by the user, device status, network environment, or related service configuration. Therefore, we do not guarantee that every third-party or user-deployed Agent will operate continuously, stably, or error-free at all times, in all regions, or on all networks.
3. User Responsibilities
You must use the app lawfully and reasonably, and you are responsible for content you send, publish, share, or submit through the app.
You must not use the app to:
- Send spam, harassment, or malicious messages.
- Commit fraud, phishing, impersonation, or other misleading conduct.
- Share illegal, infringing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
- Attack, interfere with, or disrupt the app, related nodes, servers, Agents, or other users' devices.
- Bypass, evade, or undermine reporting, blocking, safety restrictions, or anti-abuse mechanisms.
- Violate applicable law or infringe the lawful rights of others.
4. Reporting and Blocking
Users may report other users or related messages in the app, and may also block other users.
When you submit a report, you understand and agree that we may receive the report reason and related information you actively provide for safety review and abuse handling.
For service components we operate or provide, such as official Agents, username services, discovery services, push services, public profiles, official groups, or other features under our control, we may take measures such as limiting, hiding, suspending, or otherwise handling the relevant account or content.
For Agent environments deployed by users or third parties, we may not be able to directly operate the underlying infrastructure. We will still handle reports and abuse within the app and within the services we control.
5. Account, Identity, and Security
If the app uses local keys, Agent connection configurations, public keys, or other identity mechanisms, you are responsible for keeping the relevant credentials secure.
If a user loses keys, mnemonic information, devices, or access credentials, we may be unable to help recover the identity or access to data.
